Rostov is a charming city, quite different from the glamour and frenzy of Moscow. Here, people are friendly, the climate is milder, and the atmosphere is more relaxed. More green space, more fresh air. And Rostov seems more «Russian» in the seize that one can observe the daily activities of regular people-their work in business, relaxing on a park bench, strolling by the rives, teaching their children. Moscow is international, the seat of government, the New-York of Russia-more international then domestic.

I tried two hotels here-Don Plaza and Hermitage. Don Plaza is large, moss produced, and relatively impersonal. It is efficiently sun and the stuff are friendly, but they want to go out of their way to solve a problem and the rooms are colorless. Hermitage does not have the breadth of the Plaza, but it is personal, unique, decorative, and comfortable, peaceful and honey. The stuff is extremely helpful and being there is like inhaling fresh air after the noise of traffic and the grime of busy streets. Each room and floor has: is individual character. Being new, the best materials are used, down to the enveloping foam of the mattresses, at once soft and supportive.

The stuff of Reina Tours mirror the Hermitage. They are friendly; easer to help at all times, and happily go out of their way to solve any problem from finding an interpreter to locating a plug adapter, to personally guiding one to a city destination. Irina dropped everything to work with the Hermitage staff to find me a room for several days, de suite the fact that hotel was very busy this week. She even offered to walk me to the hotel!

Olga has kept in touch with me every day, making sure my needs are met and that. I am happy with the services. I know that I can go to her with any problem – travel related or not –and she will do everythings in her power to solve it. Tatianna obviously supports and encourages such a high level of customer service and all of her staff in Reina and the Hermitage are professional, extremely well trained, and personable. She is discerning employer.

Andrey has been great, never hesitating to help me with whatever I need. Everything from doing his job as an interpreter to helping me locate a particular office or service, to simply providing company during an erred. His easily stimulated sense of humor makes each day joyful, it is one thing to be an interpreter, but to be both a good interpreter and genuinely good person-that is a rare package.
All together, Reina, Hermitage, and Andrey have made my trip to Rostov both successful from a business perspective as well as personally pleasurable.

Thank you all !
