| Day 1 |
Meeting guests with bread and salt at the airport or train station. Transfer to a hotel, accommodation. City tour. Supper. Free time. |
| Day 2 |
Breakfast. Bus tour to Azov (42 km from Rostov-on-Don), one of the oldest towns in the South of Russia, founded in the 11th century. Visiting the Local Lore Museum with the unique exhibit – the skeleton of an ancient trogonterium elephant and the Hall of the Don nature. Moreover you can see finds of the archeological excavations by the Norwegian researcher Thor Heyerdahl. Dinner. Boat trip along the river Don. Return to Rostov. Supper. Free time. |
| Day 3 |
Breakfast. Transfer to the Kamensk hunting area of the State Federal Reserve (150 km away from Rostov). Excursion around the Reserve area. Unique opportunity to see the border between black earth and sandy soil, to see a lonely birch in the sand dunes, to go through pine and flood forests along lakes and the left bank of the river Seversky Donets. Dinner. Return to Rostov. Supper. Free time. |

| Day 5 |
Breakfast. Bus excursion to Taganrog (109 km away from Azov and 67 km away from Rostov), located on the bank of the Taganrog Bay of the Azov Sea. The town was founded by the Russian Tsar, Peter the Great in 1698 and is the homeland of the great Russian writer Anton Chekhov. Sightseeing tour around the town with visiting the Local lore Museum, situated in the Alferaki’s palace, the house, where Chekhov was born, the monuments to Peter the Great and Anton Chekhov. Dinner. Return to Rostov. Supper. Free time. |
| Day 6 |
Breakfast. Free time. Dinner. Visiting the Rostov racecourse. Acquaintance with Budennovsky horse breed. Departure to the «Kazachy Dozor» restaurant complex (Cossacks advanced point) (33 km from Rostov). Cannons shoot in your honour. Walking tour around the complex, acquaintance with the portrait gallery of Cossacks’ atamans (Cossacks chieftains), kurens (Cossacks houses), stables, and horses. Supper (Cossacks’ cuisine) at the «Kazachy Dozor» restaurant. «Welcome to the Banks of Don!» folklore performance. Return to Rostov. |
